** Participants and resource persons are requested to bring warm jackets and heavy woolen stuff as winter could be severe in Delhi during December. We are trying to make ample arrangements for bedding, but participants are requested to bring their own sleeping bags. Average temperature may be between 5° – 20° Celsius. Fog is a common problem during the winters, not only in Delhi but in most part of the northern India. This often disrupts all types of traffic and creates congestion. Participants and resource persons are therefore requested to keep this in mind while finalizing their travel itineraries.
There would be security check-in at the Amity main gate which might take a while. The average time taken may be about 5-7 minutes depending upon rushes. Participants planning to register on-spot (or single day visitors) are therefore requested to reach the venue well in advance.
